Old Amsterdam bagels

Ingredients

  • 2 Sesame bagels cut in half
  • 3 oz Cream cheese
  • Pinch of salt & fresh pepper
  • Half a lemon
  • A handful of green leaf lettuce in pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of shopped fresh chives
  • 8 slices of Prosciutto
  • 7 oz of Old Amsterdam in slices
  • ½ carrot, peeled and grated

Preparation

Mix the cream cheese with ¾ of the chives, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Spread the cream cheese mixture on both halves together with the green leaf lettuce. Divide the Prosciutto and the slices of Old Amsterdam on the bagel halves and sprinkle with the chives and the grated carrot. Put the two halves on top of each other before serving. Enjoy!
