Old Amsterdam Cheese is the gold standard of aged Gouda; for three generations, this family-owned Dutch company has honed Gouda recipes and won dozens of awards. Old Amsterdam is now distributed in over 65 counties, with popularity continuing to explode in the US.

Old Amsterdam is debuting several new Old Amsterdam flavors in 2021. “The American palate is expanding, seeking exciting international flavors,” says Heather Iafrate, General Manager of Marketing at Norseland. “We are excited to add these new, delicious varieties to the current award-winning line.”

Old Amsterdam Reserve is an extra-aged Gouda, aged for a minimum of 18 months. It develops a rich, deep flavor with notes of bourbon, caramel and pecans.

Old Amsterdam Mild is a young Gouda aged for 4 months, with an especially velvety texture and fresh, creamy flavor.
