Old Mokum’ Sandwich with mustard, Ossenworst (raw beef sausage) and pickles

Spread the slices of bread with mustard. Add the slices of cheese, sausage and pickles. Cover with the remaining slices of bread. Bake the sandwiches in the toaster until the cheese melts or cook them in a frying pan. If cooking in a frying pan, melt some butter or use cooking spray to grease the pan and place sandwiches in the frying pan and cover with a lid. Flip the sandwiches over after a few minutes to brown both sides of the bread.
Tip: Delicious with mustard mayonnaise or ketchup. Instead of pickles you can also use onions.
