Spelt bun with Old Amsterdam 35+ cheese, bell pepper tapenade, lettuce, and cress. Light lunch with 30% less fat.

Ingredients

4 slices of Old Amsterdam 35+

2 spelt sourdough rolls

2 tbsp paprika tapenade (ready-made, supermarket fresh food section)

1 head of romaine lettuce

6 cherry tomatoes

1 container of cress (broccoli, garden cress, or other cress of your choice)

How to make it:

  1. Cut the spelt rolls in half, spread them generously with paprika tapenade, and top with a few leaves of romaine lettuce.
  2. Top with slices of 35+ cheese and sprinkle generously with cress. Then add chopped tomatoes and put the lid on.

Cooking tip!

Toast the spelt rolls briefly in the oven or grill pan for extra crunch. This will melt the slices of Old Amsterdam 35+ slightly and make the sandwich even tastier.
