As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code. This allows you to follow exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered.

Yes, you can. If you’re not completely satisfied, no problem. Since we are dealing with food products, we can only accept unopened items for return to ensure hygiene. Send an email to webshop@oldamsterdamcheesestore.com and our team will guide you step by step through the return process.
