Ingredients

75 g Old Amsterdam Original 48+ Grated Cheese

1 egg white

125 g mixed nuts and seeds, for example pecans, cashews, and pumpkin seeds

100 g coarse oatmeal flakes

1 teaspoon (spicy) smoked paprika powder

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

check_box_outline_blank

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons olive oil

How to make it:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Beat the egg white in a large bowl, mix with the olive oil, and then add all the other ingredients.
  3. Mix everything well and spread the granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Old Amsterdam Original 48+ cheese over the granola.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through if necessary.
  6. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.

Cooking tip!

Add a pinch of smoked paprika powder to the cheese granola: this enhances the savory depth of the Old Amsterdam and gives the granola a subtle barbecue-like twist.
