Old Amsterdam Reserve is an extra-aged Gouda, aged for a minimum of 18 months. It develops a rich, deep flavor with notes of bourbon, caramel and pecans.
Old Amsterdam Mild is a young Gouda aged for 4 months, with an especially velvety texture and fresh, creamy flavor.
