Fast and Reliable Shipping
Shipping within one business day: We understand that you can’t wait to get your hands on your new purchase. That’s why we ensure that your package is shipped within one business day.
Delivery with PostNL: We partner with PostNL, one of the most reliable delivery services in the Netherlands, ensuring your package is in good hands.
Shipping Costs and Free Delivery
Netherlands and Belgium: Orders of €30 or more qualify for free shipping! For orders under €30, we charge a small fee based on the weight and size of the package.
France and Germany: For our neighbors in France and Germany, we offer free shipping on orders of €75 or more. Orders under this amount will be subject to standard shipping fees.
Other European countries: Living elsewhere in Europe? No problem! We also ship to other European countries. Shipping costs depend on local rates and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
Shipping Costs and Free Delivery
Within Europe: We deliver to all European countries. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of Europe at this time. If you wish to place a large order for outside Europe, please contact our customer service to discuss the possibilities.
Delivery Information
Track & Trace: Once your package is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code. This allows you to follow the status of your delivery at any time.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by country. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, you can usually expect your package within 2-3 business days. For other European countries, it might take a bit longer, depending on the distance and local delivery services.
