The first cheese included in the Dutch Delicacies box is the Old Amsterdam Classic. This is our signature cheese. This Gouda cheese has been matured for 8-months and even though it’s old, it still has a creamy texture with salt crystals. The second cheese is the Gouda Garden Herbs. This Gouda cheese has been selected by Old Amsterdam and has been matured for 4-months. This Gouda cheese has a soft, creamy texture with a rich flavour. Garden herbs such as peppers, chives and garlic have been added in this Gouda cheese. The third cheese is our Baby Gouda Green Pesto. The Baby Gouda has been matured for 6-weeks and is a cute smaller version of the big traditional Gouda ‘wheel’. This Baby Gouda is enriched with green pesto ingredients, such as basil, oregano and garlic, giving it its beautiful green color. Added to the box is a beautifully egraved cheeseboard and cheese slicer mini. To top it off, a sweet fig bread has been added which is a great combination with all the cheeses.
