Old Amsterdam celery sandwich

Take your lunch to the next level with this luxury sandwich with Old Amsterdam, celery, radish, mascarpone and truffle oil.


  • 8 slices of Old Amsterdam
  • 200 g celeriac
  • 8 tablespoons mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Truffle oil
  • 6 radishes
  • 50 g arugula
  • 8 thin slices of the bread of your choice
  • salt and pepper


Cut the celery into thin strips and mix with mascarpone, lemon juice and truffle oil. Top the bread with slices of cheese, the mixture of celery, arugula, radishes and again cheese on top. Finally, cut the sandwich diagonally.
