Spicy Flammkuchen with Old Amsterdam

Ingredients
- 8 slices of Old Amsterdam
- 4 ready-made small flammkuchen of 50 g (available at Marqt)*
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 200 gr ‘nduja (available at an Italian caterer or delicatessen)
- handful of fresh herbs (chervil, dill, tarragon)
- two handfuls of arugula
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Spread the flammkuchen with a thin layer of crème fraîche and spread it well.
- Use two spoons to scoop balls of the ‘nduja and top the flammkuchen with them. Tear the slices of Old Amsterdam into pieces and divide them over the flammkuchen.
- Place the flammkuchen on two oven racks. Bake them for about 5-6 minutes.
- When out of the oven, sprinkle with plenty of fresh herbs and arugula.
