Old Amsterdam goat’s cheese is a mature cheese with a mild flavour and a hint of sweetness. It has a light creamy texture with fine ripening crystals. It is goat’s cheese the Old Amsterdam way. Old Amsterdam Goat won a SUPER Gold medal during the World Cheese Awards 2023 and was a Top 16 finalist.
