Tuna Melt with harissa and grated Old Amsterdam

Ingredients
- 2 sourdough sandwiches
- 1 tbsp Harissa (Tunisian/Moroccoan spicy pepper paste, available in the supermarket)
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 75 g tuna in oil (can)
- 2 tsp capers
- approx. 75 g Old Amsterdam Original Grated
- 1 spring onion
Preparation
- Turn on the oven grill to the medium-high setting.
- Cut the tomatoes into quarters, the onion into thin half rings and drain the capers and tuna.
- Spread the sandwiches with harissa and evenly distribute the tuna, onion, capers and tomatoes on top.
- Divide the grated Old Amsterdam cheese over it. Melt the sandwiches on a baking tray in the oven on the grill setting for a few minutes. Garnish the Tuna Melt with thinly sliced spring onion
