Drinks board with Old Amsterdam Goat Cheese and Drink Cubes

Ingredients
- Old Amsterdam Goat Cheese
- Old Amsterdam Drink cubes
- Old Amsterdam Bitterballen (Kwekkeboom, approx. 10 pieces)
- 150g raw ham
- 50g rocket
- 2 fresh figs
- 1 fuet or other dried sausage
- 1 container of mixed olives
- 1 jar of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 bowl of mixed nuts
- mustard
- few sprigs of fresh thyme
Preparation
- Top the Old Amsterdam Borrel cubes with a few leaves of arugula, a strip of raw ham and a piece of sun-dried tomato and stick a skewer through it.
- Cut the piece of Old Amsterdam Goat Cheese into slices and add segments of fresh fig and some thyme. Delicious with a drop of honey.
A red wine such as a Cabernet-Sauvignon, a good port or a dark beer is always a match with Old Amsterdam. Blonde beer combines well with Old Amsterdam Goat Cheese.
