Old Amsterdam Mini Cheese Bruschetta

  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 150 g fresh spinach
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 10 slices of Old Amsterdam Matured

Additional needed:

  • Round cookie cutter of approx. 5 cm


  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the rounds out of the slices of sourdough bread and toast them in the oven for about 6 minutes until brown and crispy. Let cool.
  • Stir-fry the spinach until it has shrunk and season with salt and pepper. Stir the oregano into the tomato puree and spread it on the toast.
  • Spread some spinach and a slice of Old Amsterdam Mature cheese on top.
  • Cut the red onion and red pepper into rings and then place them on the cheese. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
  • Bake this briefly on a baking tray in the oven until the cheese has melted.
