Whole wheat wrap with turkey, smashed avocado and Old Amsterdam

This fresh and flavorful meal combines a tangy yogurt herb dressing with a delicious mix of avocado, turkey slices, vegetables and Old Amsterdam. The grilled tortillas provide the perfect base for this healthy and nutritious wrap. The dish is topped off with a refreshing lime-garlic taste that elevates the flavor.
Ingredients
- 7 tbsp finely chopped herbs (tarragon, dill, chervil)
- 300 ml semi-skimmed cottage cheese
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt

- 8 slices of Old Amsterdam 35+
- 1/4 red cabbage
- 1 lime
- 2 avocados
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 whole wheat wraps (tortillas)
- 12 slices of turkey fillet
- 1 bag of wasabi arugula

Mix the finely chopped herbs tarragon, dill and chervil with the semi-skimmed cottage cheese in a bowl. Grate half a clove of garlic over it and season with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper

Cut the red cabbage into thin strips and sprinkle with lime juice. Mash the avocados and squeeze the remaining lime over them, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Heat a grill pan until very hot and grill the whole wheat tortillas briefly on both sides. Spread the tortillas with the mashed avocado, top with slices of turkey fillet, wasabi arugula and red cabbage. Tear the slices of Old Amsterdam and divide them over the tortillas. Then sprinkle the yoghurt-herb dressing over it.
