Old Amsterdam Tasty Grill with vegetables and potatoes
30 minutes – 3 people – Dinner
With green vegetables, tomatoes and fried bantam
Ingredients
- 500g fresh baby potatoes
- extra virgin olive oil and fry olive oil
- 25g butter
- 300g green beans
- 100g peas (frozen)
- 125g cherry tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 2 pieces (1 package) Old Amsterdam ‘Tasty Grill’
Preparation
- Wash the potatoes in a colander under running water. Pat them dry and halve them, or cut them into thirds if they are larger. Fry the potatoes in a frying pan in a few tablespoons of olive oil and a knob of butter for about 10 minutes until brown and done and stir regularly.
- In the meantime, cut off the ends of the green beans and cook them in boiling salted water for about 5 to 8 minutes until crispy.
- Add the peas when the beans have been cooking for a few minutes. Bring back to the boil and cook for another 4 minutes. Drain the vegetables, season with a little salt and pepper, drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil and keep warm by putting the lid on the pan.
- Halve the tomatoes and sprinkle them with some salt and pepper.
- Grill or bake the ‘Tasty Grill’ in a grill or frying pan according to the instructions on the packaging and
serve with the vegetables and potatoes.
