  • 2 Old Amsterdam Tasty Grill Sweet Chili (original is also possible)
  • 1 focaccia
  • 1 head of baby romaine lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes on the vine
  • 1 tsp chili flakes


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cut the focaccia into small cubes and toss with a dash of oil.
  • Divide the cubes over an oven tray lined with baking paper and slide into the oven. Bake for 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  • In the meantime, grill the Tasty Grill alternately until golden brown with beautiful stripes in a grill pan without butter or oil. Count on about 3 minutes per side.
  • Finely chop the romaine lettuce and divide it over 2 plates.
  • Cut the tomatoes into slices and divide over the lettuce.
  • Mix the chili flakes with 4 tablespoons of olive oil (preferably extra virgin olive oil) and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Finish the salads with the Tasty Grill, the croutons and some chili oil.
