Tasty Grill beet salad
20 minutes – 2 people – Dinner
With fried potato cubes, apple and walnuts
Ingredients
- 250 g cooked and peeled beetroot (ready-made)
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 small Elstar apples
- 400 g baked potatoes (pre-cooked)
- 4 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 2 pieces (1 package) Old Amsterdam ‘Tasty Grill’
- 50 g walnuts
Preparation
- Fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes. In a pan of olive oil (possibly with a knob of butter added) stir until golden brown and season with some salt and pepper.
- Cut the beets into pieces and put them in a bowl. Drizzle them with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and stir well.
- Cut the apples into quarters, cut out the core and cut into pieces. Divide the lamb’s lettuce on plates and spoon the beets and apples over it.
- Grill or bake the Tasty Grill according to the instructions on the packaging. Scoop the potatoes add it and place the tasty grill on top. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts.
