Tasty Grill with grilled vegetables and Mediterranean herbal dressing

  • 2 packages Old Amsterdam Tasty Grill (4 pieces)
  • Fresh Mediterranean herbs such as thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 large eggplant
  • 250g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 2 tbsp black olives
  • 100ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 red onions
  • olive oil for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Extra requirements: grill pan, kitchen brush


  • Cut the zucchini and eggplant into approx. 1 cm thick slices, the peppers into thick strips and the onions coarsely. Place the grill pan over medium heat and place the vegetables neatly next to each other. Let them lie still for about 4 minutes on each side so that they get a nice grill pattern. Place them on a plate, immediately brush some herb dressing over them and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the tomatoes in the pan, place them with the other vegetables and divide the olives over them.
  • Bake the Old Amsterdam Tasty Grill according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • Place the Tasty Grill burgers over the vegetables on the tray and finish with the remaining herb dressing.
  • Serve with baby potatoes or a salad next to it. Also an easy recipe for a summer BBQ!
