Baked potato with Old Amsterdam Fresh Cream Cheese Chives

Fresh Chive Cream Cheese with pieces of finely grated Old Amsterdam. A soft cream cheese with a full, intense taste. Delicious for lunch, drinks or barbecue.


  • 1 container of Old Amsterdam fresh Cream Cheese Chives
  • 4 medium floury potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bunch of fresh chives
  • Aluminium foil


  • Preheat the BBQ or oven to 200⁰. Wrap the potatoes individually in aluminum foil. Cook the potatoes in an oven dish in the oven or on the BBQ for about 45 minutes until they are soft.
  • Cut the onion into thin rings.
  • Unwrap the potatoes and cut them. Generously spoon in Old Amsterdam Fresh Cream Cheese Chives and sprinkle with additional chopped chives. Garnish with red onion.
