Fresh Cream Cheese Original with pieces of finely grated Old Amsterdam. A soft cream cheese with a full, intense taste. Delicious for lunch, drinks or barbecue.


  • Old Amsterdam Fresh Cream Cheese Original (125g)
  • Green asparagus tips (200g)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 slices of white or brown sourdough bread
  • Arugula or cress

  • Cook the asparagus tips for about 2 minutes in boiling water with some salt until crispy. Drain the asparagus tips and let cool. Then cut the tomatoes into slices. Then spread the slices of bread generously with the Fresh Cream Cheese Original and top with asparagus and tomato. Finally, garnish with arugula or cress.
