Crispy sandwiches with Old Amsterdam Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- Slices of Old Amsterdam Goat Cheese
- 4 figs
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 half baguette
- pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Cut the baguette into coarse slices. Top the sandwiches with a slice of Old Amsterdam Goat Cheese.
- Remove the stems from the figs and cut the figs into wedges. Place a wedge on each bun.
- Drizzle the rolls with some honey.
- Strip the thyme leaves from the stem. Sprinkle the thyme leaves together with the pepper over the rolls.
- Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven until the cheese starts to melt and the sandwich becomes nice and crispy.
