Vegetable wrap with salmon and Old Amsterdam Fresh Cream Cheese

Make your lunch really special with this vegetable wrap with salmon and Old Amsterdam Fresh Cream Cheese. Taste and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 vegetable tortilla wrap
  • 1 tbsp Old Amsterdam Fresh Cream Cheese Original
  • 2 tbsp smoked salmon shavings
  • approx. 60 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful (approx. 50 g) baby spinach
  • 6 sprigs of chives
  • Additional requirements: Frying pan

Preparation

  • Place the tortilla wrap on a cutting board and cut straight down from the center.
  • You are going to divide the ingredients over the four quarters of the wrap. Spread 1/4th of the wrap (bottom left) with Old Amsterdam Fresh Cream Cheese, leaving 1/2 cm of tortilla edge free. Divide 1/4th of the wrap (top left) with an even layer of salmon shreds. At the top right (1/4th of the wrap) are the spinach leaves and at the bottom right (1/4th of the wrap) are the tomatoes cut into wedges mixed with chopped chives.
  • Now fold from the left under the cream cheese over the salmon shreds. Then fold over the spinach and finally over the tomatoes.
  • Press slightly and place the wrap in a preheated frying pan and fry over medium heat on both sides until the cheese becomes nice and soft. Or heat the wrap in a preheated oven under the grill until light brown on both sides.

Also delicious as a main course with a salad and/or a bowl of soup.
