During drinks, enjoy the Fresh Cream Cheese with finely grated Old Amsterdam on toasted sourdough bread, traditional baguette, on an artichoke base or as a dip with ‘home made’ bread sticks. Complete your snack board with pieces of dry sausage, olives, mustard, sun-dried tomatoes, mixed nuts and cubes of Old Amsterdam.


  • Old Amsterdam Fresh Cream Cheese
  • Toasted sourdough bread
  • Brown baguette
  • Dry sausage

  • Organic bread mix
  • Egg
  • Black sesame seed
  • Coarse sea salt

  • Take an organic bread mix and knead the dough according to the instructions on the package.
  • Then form ‘not’ perfect stems from the dough by rolling a piece of dough (with slightly damp fingers) on the counter into a stem.
  • Place the stems on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then brush the stems with a beaten egg and sprinkle with black sesame seeds and coarse sea salt.
  • Bake the bread sticks at 190°C for about 15 minutes until brown and crispy.
