Old Amsterdam Goat cheese cubes with orange zest, walnut, cress and mustard

  • 1 piece Old Amsterdam Goat Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 orange
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 container of cress


  • Cut the Old Amsterdam Goat Cheese into cubes and place on a plate. Spread a little Dijon mustard on each cube.
  • Grate the peel of the orange with a fine grater and sprinkle the orange zest over the cubes, then finish with a piece of walnut.
  • Cut the cress and then place it on the cubes.
