Old Amsterdam Goat cheese cubes with orange zest, walnut, cress and mustard

Ingredients
- 1 piece Old Amsterdam Goat Cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 orange
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 1 container of cress
Preparation
- Cut the Old Amsterdam Goat Cheese into cubes and place on a plate. Spread a little Dijon mustard on each cube.
- Grate the peel of the orange with a fine grater and sprinkle the orange zest over the cubes, then finish with a piece of walnut.
- Cut the cress and then place it on the cubes.
